Newgrounds BBS Chess Club - C&C Thread.
Welcome to Registration.
If you've read the first post of the Chess Club and are interested in registering for play, please follow these instructions:
1) Create a new account at http://pogo.com or http://www.yahoo.com (preferably both).
You might also want to create an account at http://RedHotPawn.com , especially if you're in a timezone outside of the Americas.
- Try to make it similar to your NG name, and include 'NG' somewhere in the name.
- If you have an existing account, it is recommended you make one just for playing with the club, but this is not strictly necessary.
2) [Optional] If you do not use an instant messenger, download AIM or Windows Live Messenger (or any of your choice, but those two are very popular and recommended). If you currently have one of these programs, you do not need to create a new screenname.
3) Post a comment to this blog with your chess account(s) and IM contact information (if you choose to share it).
That's it! If you wish to update your information, simply repeat these steps with the new info included and PM Zerok so your old entry can be removed.
Use this list to add users to your chess account's buddy system, and to your IMs so you can network and organize games easier.
